Terms of service
1. Definitions

Seller – “Coffeezon” (Crafted Roast OÜ, registry code 17288287);

Buyer – a legal adult (18+) or a minor (14–18 years old) with parental or guardian consent (except when the minor independently manages their income), a legal entity, or an authorized representative of the aforementioned.

Terms – the Terms and Conditions of Sale that regulate the relationship, rights, and responsibilities between the Buyer and the Seller.

Agreement – the sales agreement entered into between the Buyer and the Seller at the time of purchase.

Online Store – the Seller’s website (coffeezon.eu), used for identifying the Buyer, processing orders, and providing payment and delivery information.

Order – the list of products selected by the Buyer for purchase.
2. General Provisions
- These Terms are a binding legal document regulating the rights and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller, conditions of product purchase and payment, delivery, returns, liability, and other matters related to purchasing goods from the Seller.
- By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
- The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms in accordance with applicable legislation. Changes will be communicated via the online store.
3. Moment of Contract Conclusion
- The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer:
○ Places an order in the online store;
○ Provides the necessary information for processing and delivery;
○ Clicks the “Buy” button or equivalent.
- For purchases via phone, the Buyer must provide all required information.
- For installment purchases, the Buyer must submit the necessary documents for leasing agreements.
4. Buyer’s Rights
- The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms.
- The Buyer may withdraw from the sales contract and return goods within 14 calendar days under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Chapter 4, § 56), provided:
○ The goods are unused, undamaged, and unchanged in appearance;
○ In case of a product bundle, the full bundle must be returned.
- The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing with reason for return.
5. Buyer’s Obligations
- Pay for the goods and accept delivery according to these Terms.
- Comply with the Terms and relevant Estonian legislation.
6. Seller’s Rights
- To set a minimum order amount for free delivery. For Coffeezon, delivery is free for orders from €70 and only in Estonia.
- To suspend access to the online store in case of misuse or breach.
- To cancel an order if:
○ The Buyer cannot be reached within 3 business days;
○ There are inventory or pricing errors;
○ The payment is flagged by Maksekeskus or other payment providers as suspicious.
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
7. Seller’s Obligations
- Ensure access to the online store in accordance with these Terms.
- Respect data privacy and process Buyer information according to Estonian law.
- Deliver goods to the address provided by the Buyer within agreed timeframes.
- If the product is unavailable, offer a similar item or issue a refund within 3 business days.
- If the Buyer withdraws from the contract, a refund will be issued within 14 days from receiving the returned product.
8. Payment Methods
- Payments may be made by:
○ Online banking (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop, Revolut, N26, Citadele) via Maksekeskus platform.
○ Bank transfer;
○ Cash on delivery;
○ Card payments in physical stores (if applicable);
○ Leasing services (for private persons, with third-party leasing companies).
○ Euro (€) is the only accepted currency.
○ VAT is not included.
9. Delivery
- Delivery options:
○ Courier delivery by the Seller or its partner;
○ Pickup from Coffeezon’s location (Kloostrimetsa tee 56a/2, Pirita, Estonia).
- Delivery cost:
○ Free for orders from €70;
○ €4.99 for smaller orders;
○ Surcharges apply to islands or remote areas;
○ For international shipping – a separate agreement is needed.
- Delivery time: 1–5 business days if ordered before 14:00 on business days and payment is received.
- The Buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any visible damage or errors on the delivery note.
10. Product Quality & Expiry
- Product descriptions are available on the website.
- Slight visual variations (e.g., color) may occur due to screen differences.
- Some items may have specific warranty periods noted in the product description.
- Legal consumer rights remain unaffected by additional warranties.
11. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with Estonian law.
- Buyer must submit a written return request.
- Full refund is only available if the item is unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping is at Buyer’s cost unless the item is incorrect or defective.
- Refunds are made to the Buyer’s original bank account within 14 days.
- The Seller is liable for defects that exist at the time of transfer to the Buyer.
12. Data Protection
- Buyer data is used to process orders and for direct marketing (with consent).
- Buyer may unsubscribe at any time.
- Data is processed under Estonian law and not shared with third parties, except delivery/payment partners.
- Buyer data is protected by SSL encryption during payment.
- Cookies may be used to improve user experience.
13. Liability
- The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of information submitted.
- The Seller is not liable for misuse or negligence on the Buyer’s part.
- The Seller is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the online store.
- Direct damages caused by either party must be compensated.
14. Final Provisions
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
- Disputes will be resolved by negotiation. If unresolved, by the Consumer Disputes Committee or Estonian courts.
- Consumers may also file complaints through the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr or contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
