Our roasting facility is based in Pirita, Tallinn, where craftsmanship meets cutting-edge technology. We roast in small batches using modern equipment imported from Poland, which allows us to precisely control every roast profile and consistently bring out the full character of each origin. The result is coffee that’s always fresh, vibrant, and deeply authentic.
