Colombia Excelso

This smooth and satisfying 100% Arabica coffee also offers classic notes of caramel and chocolate, balanced by red apple acidity and a medium, rounded body. The finish is clean and sweet, with a light fruit lift that lingers.

"Excelso" refers to the bean size (15–16), not a specific region, and this lot brings together high-quality beans from across Colombia — including Antioquia, Huila, Tolima, Caldas, Valle del Cauca, and Cauca — grown at elevations between 1,100 and 1,900 m. The beans are fully washed to preserve clarity and sweetness, and typically come from traditional varietals like Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon.
