As the cup unfolds, it reveals layers of sweet fruit — think peach, bergamot, and apricot — all wrapped in a delicate tea-like body. The light acidity is lively but refined, and the finish is clean, soft, and aromatic.
Grown in the Sidamo region of southern Ethiopia — the birthplace of coffee — these beans are cultivated at elevations of 1,600 to 2,100 meters, often by smallholder farmers using traditional, organic methods. The region’s heirloom Arabica varieties and rich soil give Sidamo its unique clarity and complexity.
Typically processed using the washed method, this coffee showcases everything Ethiopia is loved for: bright fruit, floral overtones, and that unmistakable vibrancy that made Sidamo one of the world’s most celebrated origins.
